Britthaven of Graham offers a progressive, short-term rehabilitation therapy program to help patients regain as much independence as possible. Our professional therapists encourage patient self-reliance and promote re-entry into the community whenever possible. The patient, in conjunction with the Britthaven health care team, develops and implements an individualized goal oriented treatment plan. Discharge planning is the focus of our rehabilitation program.
